Onyx Outdoor Services is looking for reliable, motivated people to join our crew. You’ll assist with lawn maintenance, seasonal cleanups, mulch installs, and other outdoor services. We value punctuality, effort, and a strong attitude—experience is helpful, but not required.

$16–$22/hr • 40 hours per week • No experience required (training provided) • Opportunity to become Team Lead

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working hands-on with our crew on a variety of outdoor service jobs. The work is physical and fast-paced, but the days go by quick and you’ll learn real skills you can grow with.

  • Weekly mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

  • Spring and fall cleanups (leaves, debris, bed cleanup)

  • Mulch installs and basic landscaping tasks

  • Loading/unloading equipment and keeping job sites clean

  • Snow removal work when needed during winter

Basic Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

  • Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather

  • Able to lift 40–50 lbs and do physical work all day

  • Can follow instructions and work efficiently with a team

  • Has a working phone for calls/texts and communication

Pay & Opportunity

We’re hiring entry-level help now, with the goal of promoting the right person into a crew/team lead role as we grow. Starting pay depends on experience and how you perform in the field — reliability and effort matter most.

  • $16–$22/hour (based on experience & performance)

  • 40 hours per week (maybe less in March, weather dependent)

  • Early morning starts (typically 8am)

  • Room to grow into leadership
